Always a positive experience. Staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We have been customers for a number of years and appreciate the great customer service. Each season I have to make frequent visits to check out everything they have to offer. Great place!
Needed flowers for our upcoming anniversary and wanted something very nice, but not necessarily just roses. Stopped in and was assisted by one of the ladies who immediately understood what I had in mind. Picked up the flower arrangement the next day, you guys hit one out of the park! She love's em.

Best possible customer service experience I've ever had here. Bought a $200 dollar tree and because of my own stupidity tree died. Owner and I exchanged messages, then I came in the following weekend with pictures and explained what happened. Owner applauded me for my honesty and refunded my money entirely, which I then used to by something I could keep alive. His willingness to work with me and condor earned me as a lifelong customer.
