One of the worst experiences ever. One of the workers locked my girlfriends keys in her vehicle with the car running, and the car wash not completed. Instead of the manager offering to call someone for help she had to call triple A to come unlock her car. Triple A was running behind and she ended up having to wait 2 hours, burning through a 1/4 of her gas tank. The manager informed her that the store closed at 5 and that she would need to wait outside (in 90 degree heat). They then left her there alone in the parking lot. What kind of business leaves a young woman alone in the parking lot locked out of her car? The only thing they offered was a free car wash for her next visit. I have called numerous times to file a complaint with the manager, and to ask for a refund on the car wash. Mary Ann, one of the managers, has yet to return one of my 4 messages and it has been a week. Mistakes happen, but when they do a business needs to correct them.
WILL BE CALLING FOR MY MONEY BACK TOMORROW. I WOULD LEAVE 0 STARS OF I COULD. MY CAR LOOKS WORSE THEN WHEN I BROUGHT IT.ALL THEY DID WAS MAKE THE DIRT IN MY CAR WET DIRT. DID NOT WIPE ANYTHING DID NOT CLEAN TIRES HAD STREAKS ON MY WINDOW. REACHED UNDER MY STEERING WHEEL TO ADJUST IT AND GOT BROWN GOOP ALL OVER MY HANDS. THEY TALKED TO ME LIKE I WAS STUPID. I WOULD HAVE ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK RIGHT THEN BUT I HAD TO GO HOME TO CALM DOWN B/C I WAS SO FURIOUS AND STILL AM. I AM A SINGLE MOM AND DO NOT HAVE 25 DOLLARS TO THROW AWAY. WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK UNLESS ITS FOR A FULL REFUND AND WILL TELL ANYONE PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR MONEY. THEY ARE A SCAM!!!
I take my cars here because they do impeccable work. There is never a micro spot untouched. I took my 370Z here on this visit to get it nice and clean for winter storage. It looks so good! This place is pricey but worth it.
Great place to get your car washed
It was the most awful experience I have ever had in my entire life. It took them over an hour and a half to get it finished and when they asked me to check the car over it was still covered in dirt the guy stopped working on my car and went and talked to a woman with her dog and when I looked inside my car I have tan interior and there was black mud markings from his shoes and jeans so then he proceeded to shampoo my car soaking it on a cold day and proceeded to tell me that he cleaned my son's car seat which was also soaking wet, when I got home to further inspect it they had ripped my son's car seat mind you this is a $300 car seat and all they offered me was a free car wash. I will never return there for any type of service and I for warn everyone, they do not have your car in mind at all, it's a waste of money. I could have taken a hose to the inside and outside of my car and it would have looked better.
