Worst McDonald's I've ever been too. I am currently in line for about 25 to 30 min now. No one answered at the menu, so I drove up to window to order. These people are the laziest, most useless people I've ever come across. Someone needs to either shut this place down or get all new GOOD workers.

If you visit during the week its fast and easy. Weekends forget it! I think there is only one person in there. However, if you drive past this store and go up the hill on Ky. 16, the McDonald's in Taylor Mill is great all the time. Just watch out for speed traps that's apparently how police get paid there.
Worst McDonald's in NKY! I went inside, because the drive-thru was backed up, as it usually is. The manager took my order, and seemed to really hate his job. Waited far too long for a simple order. After he gave a woman, who had ordered AFTER me, her order, I told the manager I ordered before her, and he said "she ordered before you". The woman said she had ordered after me, and he just ignored her. There is no such thing as even a "decent" McDonald's, anymore. I sent an email complaint, told them I did not require a follow-up contact. No coupons for their horrible food. And I was DONE with them. This is the location that was the final straw. If you have no problem with bad service, attitudes, and food, this is the location for you.
The sandwich was made perfect. Only problem was drive thru ordering system was broken. This made service very bad. I was stuck in line and couldn't get out of line to go inside to order that way.
